RUDY
We strive to get our members in the best shape of their lives, to live longer and healthier lives. We post times and scores on the whiteboard to measure progress. We work out in group settings. Our members help each other setting up equipment and breaking it down. We celebrate accomplishments whether it is someone getting their first unassisted pull up, achieving a PR on a lift or just having a good day in the gym. Rudy along with his kids have been with us for a few months. For the first time in over 10 years Rudy is under 200 lbs. Congratulations on the increase in strength and flexibility and loss of weight. Keep up good work!

TAMER'S HOCKEY TIPS FOR COACHING APPLICATIONS-COMING SOON...
We are in the process of developing an open source link to our site to allow youth hockey coaches access to a growing collection of hockey drills and concepts. We will diagram and explain effective drills for coaches to use for hockey players of all ages. We will also have hockey concepts by successful former players/coaches. This will be an ongoing effort to give hockey coaches and parents free information on youth hockey development.
