Games Open 12.4 will be posted Wednesday evening. We will be doing the Games WOD again on Saturday in our WOD Classes. Congrats to all that are posting scores.
Our Friday 5:30 pm WOD Class is a Partner Challenge. You can partner up with a member or bring a non-member but make sure to give us a heads up by signing up through the calendar.
