Introductory Training Session

People that are interested in our training are able to sample what we do through an Introductory Training Session. This session allows people to get a small taste of what we do. We also get a chance to explain the methodology behind Crossfit principles. People are able to ask questions and explain what they are looking to get out of it and why they are looking for something new. This is also a vetting process as we explain that people must be serious and make a commitment.

FOUNDATIONS by CrossFit

We required new members to complete our Foundation Classes during their first month of training. These half hour sessions are designed to teach and reinforce basic movements such as squats, presses and lifting weight from the floor. The new members learn how to squat, swing, lift and press with barbells, dumbbells and Kettlebells. We require proper form and understanding of the movements to ensure safe, effective and productive training.
