CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. The CrossFit program is designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate focus on optimization of physical competence in each of the ten recognized fitness domains:
Endurance Stamina Strength Flexibility Power Speed Coordination Agility Balance Accuracy
Level 1
Ages 14-18 8 Week Session - Starting June 10th
11:00 am - 12:00 pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday
$242-3 Days per Week/$192-2 Days per Week
Level 2
Ages 9-13 8 Week Session - Starting June 11th
11:00 am - 12:00 pm Tuesday/Thursday
$192-2 Days per Week
