HOW DO I JOIN?

If you are interested in the training we do at STICKS Training Center you can contact us to schedule an introductory training session. This free session will give you a small sample of the type of training that we do at STICKS. We will also talk about the rationale behind the variety, intensity and functional movements that are involved. People that have become complacent with their previous workout routine and haven't found the desired results will immediately become aware of the benefits of our CrossFit style training.
