PASSION

Jiri Fischer of the Detroit Red Wings stopped by to check out the training. He talked with some of the players that were finishing up their session. The boys were excited to talk with him. Afterwards we talked for a while about training and developing players. It is very apparent why Jiri was such a successful player winning the Stanley Cup and World Championships. Along with one of the best work ethics on the team, he has passion for hockey, training and now developing young players in the Red Wing's system. You can't teach passion and it is necessary to be successful in anything you do.
