As you may know, this week I'm headed to California in order to compete in the Crossfit Games along with Team Crossfit Hyperfit.
I can’t begin to express my appreciation for you recent generosity in helping me achieve this. I’m referring, of course, to the money, time, gifts, and plain old blood and sweat you've all donated so selflessly.
I can only hope than my performance somehow deserves your graciousness, and that my clumsy expression of gratitude reflects my complete and utter amazement at your charity.
I could not have done it without you. Daily I’m reminded of what a wonderful group of people you are, and with your support I hope to make all of you proud.

Yesterday's WOD was a challenging one. Great efforts by all. It was a good combination of box jumps, wall balls and running. The challenge was to keep moving and limit rest periods. Once again we were impressed by the amount of work that people were able to do.

We had a great turnout Friday evening for the 5:30 pm WOD Class. We turned the class into a fundraising event for Jodi H. The workout was a partner challenge in a Fight Gone Bad format. Congrats to Beau and Tyger for compiling the high score of the WOD. Thanks to everyone for coming out.

Hopefully everyone had a fun 4th of July weekend. We had a great day of training yesterday in some nice weather. Keep up the work all week.
This Friday we will turn our 5:30 pm WOD Class into a fundraising event for Jodi H. She is flying out to California to compete in the Crossfit Games. We are raising money to help her with flight and hotel costs. We will have a 5:30 pm WOD Class and 6:30 pm Social Gathering following.

TURN YOUR WEAKNESSES INTO STRENGTHS-Dave H has improved his strength and conditioning levels. He has also dramatically improved his pull ups. On the first day he could barely do one unassisted pull up. Check him out now.
This is a great example of improving overall fitness levels by attacking weaknesses.
