Power Clean and Jerks/Abmat/Burpees
Descending ladder from 10-2 by 2's (10-8-6-4-2). Partners will each complete 10/10/10, 8/8/8 and so on of each exercise. Partner 1 will complete 10 clean and jerks then partner 2 will complete 10 clean and jerks, partner 1 will complete 10 abmats, partner 2 will complete 10 abmats, then partner 1 completes 10 burpees then partner 2 completes 10 burpees. From there the partners will start on 8's all the way to 2's.
Weight 95/65 all teams (unless a member needs to scale due to ability, case by case basis)
Time cap 10:00 minutes

21-15-9 KBSW and Goblet Squats
This is a one time through sprint 21/21-15/15 - 9/9. Each partner will have a kettlebell. The kettlebell may NOT touch the ground until the entire workout is completed. If the kettlebell is dropped there is a 5 burpee penalty that both partners must complete (5). Each partner must complete a portion of each of the exercises i.e. partner 1 cannot complete all of the KBSW while partner 2 does the squats. However, reps may be portioned however the partners choose from there. Kettlebells must be touching the teams hands at all times no setting the kettlebell on your foot or any other funky thing. If a partner chooses to chalk up they must hand their kettlebell to their partner or pay the burpee penalty.

Partner 1 will start by completing 3+6, then will move to next the round of 6+6, partner 2 will start on 3+6 but is unable to start the 6+6 round until their partner has completed their round. Partners will chase each other up to 12+6. Once the round of 12 is completed by both partners, they will switch the lead partner and partner 1 will now chase partner 2 until they complete the same sequence starting over at 3+6. Workout is complete when both partners complete the second round through 12+6 or hit the time cap.

Partner 400 M run with a slammer ball. Each partner will carry a slammer ball. Partners must carry a combined weight Male/Male team = 60lbs, Coed = 50lbs, Female/Female = 40lbs. If either partner drops the slammer ball there is a 5 ball slam penalty per person (ten total) that must be completed prior to continuing to run.

The CrossFit Throwdown: CrossFit Brighton vs. CrossFit Dexter is a fitness competition that is being held at CFB (CrossFit Brighton), which is located next to the Brighton Fire Department. The Competition will commence promptly at 8:30 am and conclude at 12:30 pm on Saturday, August 16th. Dozens of athletes will be partnering up and competing in a team format. This is not an open invite competition. All athletes must be members of either CrossFit Brighton or CrossFit Dexter. Weights, heights and standards can be modified to accommodate any member.
Each pair will combine their ages and fall into a bracket. The combined age brackets are as follows:
50-59
60-69
70-79
80+
