Watching a little girl jump rope, someone commented on how much fun the youngster was having. It was a challenge to the girl to see how many backward jumps she could do in a row. As she got to 11, 12, 13 then giggles started coming out. She was having a blast. Someone commented that she was working out without even knowing it. What she was doing was fun and challenging in turn it was motivating.

What is "fun" for you? How about your employment, do you go to work solely for the money or other reasons? I don't think it is possible to enjoy every minute or every task of your work but being passionate about what you do is the difference. Imagine for a second that you didn't have to worry about making money but had to go to "work". What would you choose to do? Is it anything close to what you are currently doing?

How about your training? Is your training enjoyable or do you slowly punish yourself to boredom riding on an elliptical machine while watching a talk show lady dance on the stage? When is the last time you have challenged yourself or done something that pushed you beyond your limits.
