We take our training very serious. Our Crossfit style of training focuses on developing the 10 General Physical Traits listed on the right hand column. The WOD programming by DChap is constantly varied but make no mistake that we consistently work using multiple joints and big muscles (functional movements). We add Quality Coaching and crank up the intensity. What is created is a group of type A personality, quality, driven and successful athletes. Our coaches are consistently amazed at the performance of our members. Last week was not difference. Great efforts by all and keep up the work!
