100908 Intro-Anyone interested in Crossfit can sample our training through an Introductory training session. We have them go through our "Baseline" workout. This will give them a starting point for their training. We also talk about goals and expectations. We explain our training philosophy and the benefits.
Typically, people immediately know if this is the type of training for them or not.
