We constantly change the workout to avoid boredom. Sometimes we have 10 exercises, other times we do a single exercise for multiple reps. Friday we did Crossfit's benchmark workout "KAREN". Some liked it others liked it only when it was finished. Either way it is a great way to measure results and improved performance. Congrats to many who have decreased their times with KAREN and showed marked improvement.
