Types of people
1-eat like crap and don't train
2-eat like crap and train well (involving functional strength and conditioning)
3-eat well (no processed carbs, no sugar, proper protein/carb/fat ratios) and don't train
4-eat well and train hard
#1 is obviously a bad choice
#2 & #3 have equal in terms of adaptations to overall health and wellness
#4 is optimal
