-WOD:
5 exercises, 1 minute each exercise, 1 minute rest, 3 rounds
No rest between exercises, on call everyone rotates, 1 rep = 1 point
-Exercises
Burpees/Power Snatch/Box Jump/Thruster/Chest to Bar Pull Ups
*Members can bring a friend as exercises can be scaled and modified for new athletes
**Social following-bring a dish and own drinks.
