The Sport of Fitness
Kids play games and have fun so why shouldn't we do the same. Why not use fitness as a sport? Join a team, train together, encourage each other and accomplish goals. What a great idea. The rope is easier to pull if everyone is pulling as hard as they can. Add some excitement to your life by setting a new goal. Turn your fitness into a sport of some sorts. It is easier to increase your output of work if you are motivated. Imagine all the gains in fitness people make while this is going on.
